My First Original Painting Sold!!!

This painting took years to complete. I started off painting it in a tie-dye look and really hated it.

So it sat and sat and sat until I took a non-drawing/painting art class at the community college, and one of our final projects was to create something, anything we wanted. I did a small painting and finished it way before the due date for the assignment. The professor was not really impressed, and quite frankly, neither was I. So I pulled out the old Morrison painting and changed it to black and white. This painting launched my first solo art show.

I am the Lizard King. I can do anything—an iconic rock star taken too soon.
